About
A neighborhood restaurant built around the fire.
Ember & Oak is a fictional concept designed to showcase how bars and restaurants can communicate story, sourcing, and hospitality through a modern web experience.
The menu is intentionally seasonal, the cocktail list is ingredient-first, and the dining room is built for lingering.

Our approach
This demo site highlights the storytelling sections guests expect: sourcing, the chef's story, and the philosophy behind the menu.
Hearth-first cooking
We anchor the menu around a wood-burning oven and a tight list of nightly specials that shift with the season.
Local sourcing
Produce from regional farms, house-made breads, and proteins from nearby ranches. The menu changes as suppliers change.
Hospitality-driven service
Warm, unhurried pacing designed for dates, celebrations, and after-work dinners.

- • Riverstone Dairy — goat cheese
- • Ozark Heritage Meats — pork + poultry
- • Saffron Mill Bakers — hearth breads

These are sample suppliers for a demo website.
